Of my five senses, the most valuable to me is my sight. I have all ready lost a great deal of my sight in a freak accident involving a horse, so to keep my vision as it ONCE was would be a godsend. I would keep this as I used to have it because even to wander the world not hearing, not tasting, not being able to feel the softness of satin, or not smelling the fresh pine-fresh scent of winter would still be okay, as long as I could see the beauty around me. Vision to me is what is most important, without it I would be lost in a dark world that had no changes, and no distinction save the sounds I heard. I am an artist, and anyone who writes or draws or enjoys looking at art understands the desperate need for vision to continue your passion. Without vision, I would be as incomplete as I would be without my boyfriend.

When people talk about love, and love's evolution, it's a tricky matter. I would like to believe that love has a little of both elements of evolution, instant and evolving. To fall in love with someone, there has to be something there the first time you meet them. There has to be that special something that keeps you returning over and over and obsessing about that person. This, is our instant attraction. The evolving attraction is the thing that keeps us wanting that other person for years to come.

When I met my boyfrind, Keenan, I knew I was going to like him instantly. The way he talked, carried himself, just the look in his eyes was enough to make me skip an intire period for a week straight to talk with him. His interests sparked mine, and vice versa. We had such chemistry that we started to hang out outside of school. Eventually, after knowing each other less that three weeks, I asked him out. Yeah, girl asks boy, boy says:"FINALLY!"...text book romantic right? Not so. We've had plenty of drama and dissagreements for any couple, but after being together for over a year and a half. I can honestly say that I wouldn't want anyone else. I couldn't see myself with anyone else, EVER. (disregaurding fictional things..lol!!!) In real life, I only think about him in that naughty way that makes you blush because you think everyone in the room MUST know what you're thinking about, you know? I know you do. ;)

We've both given each other so many chances, that I think we'd love each other still if the other became a serial killer and got sent to prison (go congigal visits!). He's my everything and I know I'm his.

And I can honestly say that at the end of the day, I would rather have this slightly less than imperfect man at my side and sleeping in my bed at night than the perfect Greek god of a man. Nobody could possibly be a better guy for me than him. He balances out all my bad qualities and I love him even more for that....

Wait...when did this become a rant about how much a I love my boyfriend? Wasn't this supposed to be a reflective bit about what I thought of love? DAMN YOU ADHD! For getting me off topic. rAWr.

My dear comrades and I have undertaken the stressful and often VERY fulfilling task of writing a Beatles fanfic. It'll be beginning to be published as soon as we work out the squirmy little details.
